Pierce Hall Rental Information
Pierce Hall contains an elegant and spacious auditorium with more than 2,000 square feet that accommodates up to 300 people standing and seated, and up to 120 with tables, chairs, and a dance floor. The 106-seat horseshoe-shaped balcony is available as well.
The auditorium, balcony, and stage (with it's beautiful painted curtain of Spring) are available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, family celebrations, meetings, corporate functions, art shows, performances, and concert events. Our rental rates are $60/hr with additional services available as well. Please see below for Pierce Hall additional services and rental items. Some might consider having “sponsors” for their event to help cover the rental costs. Pierce Hall is also happy to consider (on a case-by-case basis) “sponsoring” and/or “underwriting” events for many non-profit organizations as well as special situations.
Using Pierce Hall for Funeral or Memorial services is available at no rental charge.
We do accept donations, but they are not expected.

Projector/Screen/Sound System: (managed by PH staff) $150/day

Set up/Take down services available by PHCC staff: $50 min charge for up to 1 hr, then $25/hr thereafter
